The Challenge
Volta at Voyager was a ground-up, garden-style apartment development located in Colorado Springs. The scope included 13 apartment buildings, a fully equipped clubhouse, and two garage structures—all constructed across a multi-acre site requiring coordinated infrastructure, sitework, and vertical buildout.
