This emergency project involved identifying and resolving water infiltration issues in the Centennial and Osborne buildings at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. The timeline was compressed to align with the university’s academic calendar, requiring all work to be completed during the winter break to avoid disruptions to students and staff.
