The Challenge

 This dual-branded, two-story retail space required a complete interior remodel and elevator replacement within six weeks. The project demanded seamless coordination across both store concepts, ADA compliance, and complex upgrades across structural, mechanical, and aesthetic elements.

The Solution

Kaleb led the comprehensive renovation, overseeing fresh paint, new millwork systems, and full fixture replacements across sales floors, offices, restrooms, and lounge areas. He managed the installation of a new rug display system, upgraded lighting, and electrified gondola racks. The project was completed with a new storefront entrance, exterior signage, and the successful replacement of the building’s interior elevator—delivering a fully modernized and accessible retail environment.
