The Challenge
This project called for a full interior remodel of a 21,000 sqft TJ Maxx store in Eureka within a tight 5-week timeframe. The scope included updates across all customer-facing and operational areas, with added electrical work and fixture upgrades requiring precise coordination.
The Solution
Kaleb led the renovation by managing teams through detailed upgrades—installing new LVT flooring, painting, and signage; reconfiguring checkout areas and fitting rooms; and overseeing millwork enhancements. He also coordinated the rerouting of power to accommodate new register layouts and jewelry cabinets, delivering a refreshed space on time and within budget.
