The Challenge
This 25,000 sqft open-store renovation required a comprehensive interior overhaul while the store remained operational. With a 5-week schedule, the project needed careful phasing to manage updates across multiple departments without disrupting customer experience.
The Solution
Kaleb directed the remodel from start to finish, overseeing the replacement of flooring, wall panels, and store fixtures. He coordinated the training room addition, ADA-compliant bathroom upgrades, and updated millwork in fitting rooms. The project also included new stockroom systems, exterior signage, and register installations—resulting in a fully modernized store environment with minimal business interruption.
