The Challenge
This project involved a 5-week interior remodel of an active TJ Maxx location in Everett. The challenge was to modernize key customer-facing areas such as the checkout zone and fitting rooms while maintaining store functionality throughout the renovation period.
The Solution
Kaleb supervised the full upgrade of store fixtures, fitting room millwork, and partition reconfigurations. He coordinated the installation of new LVT flooring, signage, window vinyl, and lighting enhancements, along with updated front-end registers and jewelry displays—delivering a refreshed store layout aligned with the brand’s evolving standards.
