The Challenge
This 28,000 sqft TJ Maxx location required a 5-week open-store remodel involving full interior finish upgrades and infrastructure improvements. The challenge was executing a wide-ranging scope—including fitting rooms, restrooms, and training areas—without disrupting ongoing retail operations.
The Solution
Kaleb led the site execution by managing partition wall changes, new LVT installation, and the construction of a new training room. He oversaw fitting room updates, racking upgrades, and ADA-compliant restroom improvements, along with enhanced signage and new jewelry cabinets—delivering a refreshed and compliant retail space on time.
