The Challenge
This 5-week interior remodel required updating a 20,000 sqft TJ Maxx location while maintaining daily store operations. The project involved coordinating multiple system upgrades, fixture installations, and accessibility improvements under a limited timeline and budget.
The Solution
Kaleb led the renovation effort, managing the seamless replacement of finishes, reconfiguration of fitting rooms, and installation of new LVT flooring and store racking. He oversaw ADA-compliant bathroom upgrades, enhanced signage, and added new checkout cabinets—all while ensuring minimal disruption to store activity and delivering the project on time.
