The Challenge
This 26,500 sqft TJ Maxx store underwent a 5-week interior remodel requiring significant upgrades to customer-facing areas, including fitting rooms, checkout zones, and exterior signage, all while maintaining store operations.
The Solution
Kaleb managed the full renovation, overseeing new paint, LVT flooring, store fixtures, and signage installations. He led the reconfiguration of fitting room partitions with updated millwork, added new front-end register cabinets and jewelry displays, and enhanced the storefront with new vinyl and lighted signage—completing the transformation on schedule.
