The Challenge
This remodel introduced a new design prototype for the West Coast, requiring full interior upgrades across a 21,000 sqft TJ Maxx location while keeping the store operational. The challenge included executing a high-volume scope within a strict 5-week timeline.
The Solution
Kaleb managed all aspects of the renovation, from interior finish replacements and LVT installation to fitting room and bathroom upgrades with ADA compliance. He oversaw the training room addition, updated store fixtures, and implemented the new prototype elements—including millwork, signage, and racking systems—delivering the refreshed concept store efficiently and on schedule.
