The Challenge
This project was a 5-week open-store interior remodel for a national retail chain in Tacoma. The challenge included performing extensive interior updates while keeping the store operational, adhering to corporate standards, and coordinating multiple updates within a compressed timeline.
The Solution
Kaleb managed daily on-site operations to ensure seamless execution of the remodel, including partition wall modifications, new sales floor raceway installation, and upgrades to bathrooms, fitting rooms, and stockroom systems. He also oversaw the installation of new fixtures, signage, and millwork, delivering a refreshed retail environment without disrupting store operations.
