━ THE DETAILS

The Challenge

Following a fire-related incident, this project required a comprehensive interior renovation impacting numerous guest rooms as well as critical back-of-house areas. The extent of the damage necessitated a detailed assessment, selective demolition, and full restoration across multiple operational spaces.

With the hotel maintaining ongoing operations, the project demanded careful coordination to minimize disruption to guests and staff. Ensuring safety, maintaining brand standards, and preserving a high-quality guest experience were key priorities throughout the duration of the work.

The Solution

Our team implemented a strategic, phased renovation plan to restore the property efficiently while allowing hotel operations to continue. Work was carefully sequenced to isolate impacted guest rooms and back-of-house areas, with strict safety, containment, and cleanliness protocols in place to protect guests, staff, and ongoing operations.

We partnered closely with hotel management to coordinate daily activities, ensuring minimal disruption and clear communication throughout each phase of the project. Fire-damaged areas were fully remediated and rebuilt using high-quality materials that met brand standards, while our team remained agile in addressing field conditions and maintaining schedule.

Through proactive planning, responsive execution, and strong collaboration, the project was successfully delivered with minimal operational impact—resulting in a fully restored, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
