The Challenge

 This 25,000 sqft Marshalls store underwent a 6-week tenant improvement aimed at modernizing both public and employee-facing areas. The project required extensive fixture replacements, dressing room upgrades, and lighting enhancements, all while keeping the store compliant with corporate design standards.

The Solution

 Kaleb led the project by overseeing the full interior transformation—including dressing room millwork, lounge and restroom updates, and new racking systems. He ensured smooth installation of upgraded track lighting and home department fixtures, along with a refreshed storefront entrance and checkout area—delivering a fully revitalized retail space within the set timeline.
