The Challenge
This 5-week remodel of a 24,000 sqft Marshalls store aimed to refresh both customer-facing and operational zones, including fitting rooms, checkout areas, and a new office addition. The project required efficient coordination to meet the tight schedule while upgrading core infrastructure.
The Solution
Kaleb oversaw the interior transformation, including new paint and LVT flooring, updated signage, and complete reconfiguration of dressing room partitions with fresh millwork. He also managed the addition of a new office space and the installation of updated store fixtures, front-end register reconfiguration, and improved exterior branding through new window vinyl and lighted signage.
