The Challenge

This 5-week remodel of a 26,000 sqft Marshalls store aimed to modernize key interior elements, including fitting rooms, checkout areas, and storefront presentation—all while working under a compressed schedule in an active retail environment.

The Solution

Kaleb coordinated the full interior refresh, including new LVT flooring, updated store fixtures, and enhanced signage. He managed the reconfiguration of fitting room partitions and millwork, upgraded front-end registers, and oversaw exterior improvements like new window vinyl and illuminated signage—delivering a cohesive, updated shopping environment on time.
