The Challenge

 This 6-week interior remodel of a 26,000 sqft Marshalls store required a full overhaul of both customer-facing and employee areas. With dressing room and restroom demolitions, millwork upgrades, and fixture replacements, the challenge was to deliver a modernized space efficiently and within budget.

The Solution

Kaleb managed the renovation by directing teams through dressing room reconfigurations, lounge and bathroom upgrades, and sales floor enhancements. He oversaw the installation of new millwork wall systems, exterior signage, and checkout counters—ensuring a polished and up-to-date retail environment delivered on schedule.
