This 30,000 sqft Marshalls store underwent a complete interior remodel within a 6-week window. The challenge involved executing a full dressing room and restroom gut, lounge upgrades, and sales floor enhancements—all while aligning with updated brand specifications.

The Solution

Kaleb managed the transformation by coordinating teams to install new racking systems, millwork, and updated fixtures across restrooms, lounge, and checkout areas. He oversaw the construction of a new storefront entrance and exterior signage, ensuring every component—from partitions to countertops—was refreshed and delivered to the client’s expectations on time.
