The Challenge

This 28,000 sqft Marshalls store was the first on the West Coast to implement the 2015 design prototype. The 7-week open-store remodel required full interior upgrades, structural reconfigurations, and modern branding elements while keeping the store operational throughout construction.

The Solution

 Kaleb led the prototype rollout by managing the reconfiguration of interior partition walls, the complete renovation of dressing rooms, and upgrades to lounges, restrooms, and sales floor fixtures. He coordinated the installation of new millwork systems, signage, and checkout counters, along with a refreshed storefront—successfully delivering the first of a new generation of Marshalls stores in the region.
