The Challenge

This 21,000 sqft Marshalls location required a 5-week open-store remodel to upgrade all interior finishes and implement layout changes. The scope included accessibility improvements, fixture updates, and reconfiguration of the fitting room area—all while maintaining daily store operations.

The Solution

Kaleb managed the project by coordinating partition wall modifications, new LVT installation, and the reconfiguration of the fitting room entrance for better customer flow. He also oversaw upgrades to racking systems, ADA-compliant restrooms, stockroom equipment, and front-end register cabinets—delivering a refreshed and fully accessible retail space on time.
