The Challenge

This 30,000 sqft Marshalls location underwent a full interior remodel over six weeks, requiring extensive upgrades across dressing rooms, restrooms, lounge areas, and the storefront. The challenge was to execute the transformation while meeting corporate brand standards and maintaining operational efficiency.

The Solution

Kaleb led the tenant improvement from start to finish, managing the gut and rebuild of dressing rooms, installation of new millwork and racking, and upgrades to all restroom and lounge fixtures. He also oversaw enhancements to the storefront entrance, exterior signage, and checkout areas—ensuring the project was delivered with a clean, updated look and seamless execution.
