The Challenge

This 33,000 sqft Marshalls project involved a full 7-week open-store remodel to implement the brand’s new 2022 design prototype. The challenge included extensive interior reconfigurations while ensuring customer access and safety throughout construction.

The Solution

Kaleb led the remodel by overseeing the reconfiguration of partition walls, the complete reconstruction of dressing rooms, and updates to restrooms, lounges, and the sales floor. He directed the installation of new millwork systems, signage, store fixtures, and front-end register cabinets—successfully transitioning the store into the brand’s latest prototype layout with minimal disruption.
