This 32,000 sqft Marshalls remodel required a full interior overhaul within a 6-week construction window. The project involved comprehensive upgrades to fitting rooms, restrooms, and store fixtures, along with the installation of a new automated stockroom conveyor—demanding close coordination and precise execution.

The Solution

Kaleb led the comprehensive interior overhaul, managing the installation of new millwork, racking, lighting, and checkout counters.
