The Challenge

This 35,000 sqft Marshalls location required a full interior remodel, including structural wall changes, restroom overhauls, and extensive finish upgrades. The challenge involved coordinating all improvements within a busy, high-traffic store while staying aligned with corporate design standards.

The Solution

Kaleb led the full interior transformation, managing the reconfiguration of partition walls, complete dressing room reconstruction, and installation of new millwork systems. He supervised restroom and lounge upgrades, sales floor racking, and checkout counter replacements—delivering a refreshed and fully branded store environment with updated exterior signage and finishes.
