The Challenge

This one-month tenant improvement project for a 22,000 sqft HomeGoods store required refreshing key interior finishes while the store remained open. The challenge was to execute cosmetic and functional upgrades efficiently without disrupting daily operations.

The Solution

Kaleb coordinated the open-store renovation by managing the installation of new LVT flooring, VCB, and perimeter lighting. He oversaw updates to checkout counters, crown molding, focal wall kits, and interior signage. Additionally, he supervised improvements to the stockroom conveyor system—delivering a visually refreshed and operationally enhanced retail space within the set timeframe.
