The Challenge

 This 21,000 sqft HomeGoods store required a one-month open-store interior remodel focused on aesthetic upgrades and light infrastructure improvements. The challenge was to complete all updates quickly and efficiently while allowing the store to remain operational.

The Solution

Kaleb led the tenant improvement by managing the installation of new LVT flooring, VCB, and perimeter lighting. He oversaw updates to register cabinets, store fixtures, crown molding, and laminated focal wall kits. The project also included enhancements to interior signage and the stockroom conveyor system—successfully delivering a refreshed shopping environment with minimal disruption.
