The Challenge

This 27,000 sqft HomeGoods location underwent a two-month open-store remodel as part of its end-of-cycle upgrade. The project involved extensive fixture, lighting, and layout replacements—including storefront reconstruction—while minimizing disruption to ongoing retail operations.

The Solution

Kaleb managed the complete transformation, overseeing painting, fixture updates, and millwork enhancements across all departments. He coordinated restroom and lounge renovations, installed new track lighting and gondola racks, and led the demo and relocation of the rug alcove. The project also included the installation of a new 16’ rug rack, stockroom upgrades, and full storefront replacement—delivering a fully revitalized and future-ready retail space.
