The Challenge

This one-month remodel project focused on refreshing the interior finishes of a 22,000 sqft HomeGoods store. The challenge included coordinated relocation of electrical components and fixtures, all while maintaining a smooth in-store experience.

The Solution

Kaleb led the fast-paced renovation, managing the installation of new store fixtures, interior paint updates, and LVT flooring. He supervised the relocation of electrified lamp gondolas and register cabinets along with low-voltage systems. Restroom enhancements included new tile, partitions, and fixtures—delivering a clean, updated space within an accelerated timeline.
