The Challenge

This 26,000 sqft HomeGoods store underwent a full end-of-cycle interior remodel and storefront replacement over a two-month period. The project required phased night work to avoid disrupting business, along with upgrades to nearly every interior and exterior element.

The Solution

Kaleb directed the comprehensive open-store renovation, overseeing everything from wall painting, restroom retiling, and lounge updates to the installation of new millwork, LVT flooring, and lighting systems. He managed the relocation of the rug alcove, installation of a new 16’ rug rack, updated stockroom systems, and complete storefront replacement—delivering a fully revitalized and modernized retail environment on time and to spec.
