The Challenge
The State of Missouri required a high-capacity, maximum-security correctional facility to support intake, evaluation, and housing for over 2,000 inmates. The project demanded extensive planning, robust infrastructure, and full compliance with security standards.
The Solution
Rick contributed to the successful delivery of a $116 million, 10-building complex spanning 700,000 sq ft. The facility houses 2,300 maximum-security inmates across ten reinforced concrete structures, designed to meet stringent correctional system requirements for safety, durability, and long-term operation.
