The Challenge

This project involved the full interior renovation of a former bank building on Main Street, transforming it into a modern medical center. The conversion required adaptive reuse strategies, careful coordination with the design team, and fast-paced problem-solving to manage site constraints and evolving construction needs.

The Solution

Serving as project manager, Kaleb led Remington’s team through every phase of construction, working closely with Keys + Lauer Architects to align execution with the client’s medical program goals. His leadership ensured construction stayed on schedule and met all functional and regulatory requirements for a healthcare facility.
