The Challenge
Oklahoma Heart Hospital and Mercy required a major west-side expansion to accommodate growing demand for cardiac care, surgery, and shared medical services. The project involved complex infrastructure upgrades and integration with an active hospital campus.
The Solution
Rick supported the $100 million expansion, which added a 228,338 sq ft tower featuring 44 med/surg beds, 8 CCU beds, a cath lab, pharmacy, imaging, surgical prep and recovery areas, and shared clinical and administrative space. The project also included 3,000 sq ft of renovation, a two-level parking garage with 180 spaces, upgrades to the central plant, and a new elevator tower.
