The Challenge
John Burroughs School needed to expand its athletic facilities while updating critical infrastructure. The project involved both new construction and renovations within an active school environment.
The Solution
Rick managed the $1.8 million project, which included a 3,545 sq ft addition to the existing field house, 1,000 sq ft of interior renovation, and the replacement of a cooling tower. The work was executed with minimal disruption to campus activities and met all performance and schedule goals.
