The Challenge
This design-build project for the City of Colorado Springs involved critical infrastructure upgrades to the Westside Community Center, including mechanical retrofits, roof replacement on four buildings, and ADA accessibility improvements. The work had to be completed within a fixed, not-to-exceed budget while maintaining full functionality of the active community space.
The Solution
Kaleb worked closely with city representatives and the design team to develop cost-effective solutions that met all project goals.
